The MA in Middle Eastern Studies focuses on modern and current themes while offering intensive study progress supervision. We also provide a Master's program and/or placement abroad to the students who are interested. The program emphasizes current developments in the Middle East. You will study four core themes: history, politics, culture, and religion. There are three specializations in the first semester: Conflict, International Organizations, and Research Seminar.

English Studies is a two-year full-time MA program that aims to train students to investigate and answer such questions by broadening their knowledge of the English-speaking world and its cultures as well as by developing their theoretical and methodological skills and communicative competences so as to be able to disseminate their knowledge to non-experts.

The Global Criminology MA is designed to develop your knowledge and critical understanding of criminology as an interdisciplinary subject that incorporates legal, political and psychological, as well as social scientific approaches to the study of crime, deviance, and criminal and social justice. Led by academic experts in the area, this new course will focus on two themes – global criminology and critical criminology – giving you the unique opportunity to study the subject with both an international and critical focus. Global criminology is a relatively new and growing area of criminology that is at the forefront of developments in postcolonial, decolonial and southern theories. It is a specialist area of critical criminology, which explores issues of crime and justice within the context of power relations and structural inequalities such as class, gender, nationality, ethnicity, disability, age and sexuality.

The MA in Music Scoring & Composition provides students with focused training in music composition and production workflows, digital audio workstations, virtual instruments, and industry standard practices in music scoring for visual media. Building on a foundation of musicianship, students will learn contemporary scoring techniques which provide the necessary skills for success in changing music industry. Emphasis is placed on creating emotion through music, MIDI orchestration, and synchronization with visual media.

The concentration in Spanish provides opportunities to study the Spanish language as well as Latin American, Latinx, and Spanish cultures, film studies, linguistics, and literature. Study abroad and service-learning opportunities are also available. Students in the Spanish concentration can apply to the Accelerated MA program, which allows them to begin graduate study while still completing their BA and to earn a BA AND an MA in as little as five years.
